Audio description for people who had never made one

Audio description is the one accessibility feature you cannot check by looking at it. Subly sold to companies working to a legal deadline, and this was the last piece missing. I owned the interface and the prompt architecture. It took three releases before the output was worth selling.

The cost of the manual job: a writer, a voice artist and a mix, done in one run.
3Releases, November to February. Two weeks from shipping to knowing what to change.

Giving a live collecting app a reason to come back

A live app for football shirt collectors, built around one question: what is my collection worth. That is a question you ask once. I modelled the ceiling that puts on the business, then redesigned the profile and the lists so a collection becomes something other people come back to look at.

35,000+Shirts collectors have already uploaded to the live app.
4.4%Of users already pay for premium, a healthy rate for a consumer app. Conversion was never the problem, which is what made the low revenue confusing.

The profile. A collection led as a shape rather than a count: the shirt full bleed, then what it is made of.

Turning a creator tool into something a company could buy

Subly sold to individual creators. They left at ten and a half percent a month, and companies kept asking about it and then not buying, always for the same reason. I led the pivot as product lead and sole designer.

For the love of technology, music and art

Small things I make for myself. Sound turned into drawing, typing turned into composition, and a keyboard that plays.
